A: This is a forum for both actors and writers to work together in a repertory theatre company.
Q: Can I attend both Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings?

A: You’ll receive specific feedback that will improve your work.
Q: Is The Complete Theatre Company planning on staging any of the material presented?
A: Yes, we will select pieces that apply to our company and produce them.
Q: Who can join?
A: We welcome all who wish to enroll.
Q: Do I have to come in with printed scripts for all of the characters?
A: We really encourage you to do this. However, we’re open to you sending scripts out digitally to our actors.
Q: What if I have a poem, a monologue, or a song I want to bring in? Is that okay? Or does it have to be a script?
A: We’re primarily focused on playwriting and screenwriting but are open to all forms of written expression.
Q: Will my material be read by professional and seasoned actors?
A: Indeed, it will.
Q: If I enroll for ten weeks are those consecutive?
Q: Can I join at any time or are there start and end dates to each ten week session?
A: You can register at any time. This is ongoing, year round. There are no start and end dates.
Q: Is there an instructor or is this just a think-tank bouncing off ideas?
A: The workshop is led by Annie Ward, the Artistic Director of The Complete Theatre Company. She has taught almost a thousand classes to working artists and has produced over sixty shows in New York City.
Q: I’m a writer but am wondering if I will have the opportunity to perform and act in this workshop?
A: If you’d like to, yes. It’s our belief that actors can learn by writing on occasion and writers by acting on occasion!
